Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping  & Policy Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment method

Estimated delivery time & Shipment cost:

  • FedEx Standard 3-5 business days  $20.00

  • FedEx Two Days 2 business days $25.00 

  • FedEx Overnight * 1-2 business days $40.00 *

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and as request.

To Request Express or Overnight Delivery please contact us before placing your order.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Update this section based on carriers you support.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses  

Www.DreamTreasure.Store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours or you can track it any time at the carrier webs tools.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Dream Treasure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Dream Treasure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. But we continue working to provide better shipping cost,. If you would like to purchase something on our website please send us a message to make some individual arrangements and tried to  take your order. please note customer would be responsible for the shipping cost, the same will be calculate by desteny and weight. always ask us!!

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at dreamtreasureservice@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 

The following items cannot be exchanged:

 

 ●     Eyelashes

 ●      Glue liner   

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 

Please Note

      

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        

     ●     We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (If you received the incorrect or defective item)   

     ●     We want you to understand that all of our products must pass a quality inspection before shipment. But we are humans and probably could make the mistake in sending you a wrong or defective item. If that's the case please don't hesitate to contact us immediately!   

     ●     We are not responsible for lost, damaged or late arrival packages.   

     ●     We only accept returns if your item arrived in broken conditions due to the manufacturer.   

     ●      Once your return is approved,we will initiate the exchange of your choice for the same value.   

     ●     No returns allowed on any products on Sale,Final Sale or Discount Items.
